As many know,  I came East in 1970 after leaving Chicago.  In the early 1980s I left radio and went into TV weather in Baltimore.  In the mid 90s I become the morning weather anchor at News Channel 8 in Washington DC.  I also was fortunate enough to host a one-shot WLS retro show on XM a couple of years ago which was unbelieveable.  Continually amazing over the years is  the number of  former WLS listeners from around the country that hear from  - or have been in DC on business or pleasure and found me on TV.  It's been a very rewarding.
